YOUR ROLE
STONE&WOOD continues its expansion in the Alps, and to strengthen the team and further develop the agency’s activity, we are looking for a Real Estate Advisor in Switzerland, covering the Canton of Vaud, Geneva, and the Valais mountain region.
You are highly motivated to succeed, open to international opportunities, personable, and sensitive to quality properties. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a results-oriented culture, and a strong sense of teamwork.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Implement a prospecting strategy and develop revenue in your assigned area.
- Represent the agency and expand your network of clients and partners.
- Increase STONE&WOOD’s brand awareness and maintain its premium image.
- Support clients and manage administrative and financial aspects.
- Benefit from the agency’s network and tools.
- Work in a human-sized company in a pleasant environment.
This position can evolve into managerial responsibilities based on performance.
PROFILE
- Dynamic, responsive, enthusiastic, organized, and persistent.
- Enjoys challenges and working in a team.
- Strong listening skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in real estate and negotiation.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Skills in law and finance are a plus.
- Good command of English.
COMPENSATION
Permanent contract (salary + commission + bonuses + 13th month) or independent real estate agent (to discuss).
