Responsibilities & Profile

  • Implement a prospecting strategy and develop revenue in your assigned area.
  • Represent the agency and expand your network of clients and partners.
  • Increase STONE&WOOD’s brand awareness and maintain its premium image.
  • Support clients and manage administrative and financial aspects.
  • Benefit from the agency’s network and tools.
  • Work in a human-sized company in a pleasant environment.

This position can evolve into managerial responsibilities based on performance.


Profile we are looking for:

  • Dynamic, responsive, enthusiastic, organized, and persistent.
  • Enjoys challenges and working in a team.
  • Strong listening skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in real estate and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of the local market.
  • Skills in law and finance are a plus.
  • Good command of English.

Compensation

Permanent contract (salary + commission + bonuses + 13th month) or independent real estate agent (to discuss).
Benefits package (remote work possible + IT tools provided + training).
