New development - Combloux

Designed in respect of Combloux’s architectural identity, the buildings blend seamlessly into their surroundings. Their volumes, materials, and finishing details draw on the traditional codes of mountain architecture, while offering high-end specifications and premium finishes.

Four semi-chalets enjoy exceptional views of the Mont Blanc massif, while the remaining two benefit from open, unobstructed panoramas over the Aravis mountain range.

Premium, durable materials lie at the heart of the project: a light grey granite base, a timber structure, and larch cladding in warm tones. Wooden joinery, Alpine-inspired balustrades and traditional shingle roofs have been carefully selected to preserve and respect the local architectural heritage.

Each half-chalet offers approximately 148.5 sqm of living space across three levels, with the option to combine units to create fully independent chalets.

The interiors feature generous living areas with large openings onto the mountains, as well as comfortably sized bedrooms. The ground floor includes an en-suite bedroom that can easily be converted into an independent studio, a double garage, and technical rooms.

Designed in perfect harmony with its surroundings, the project is set within a preserved natural landscape. The outdoor spaces adopt a discreet and site-sensitive approach, featuring grassed meadows inspired by the existing Alpine scenery and carefully integrated local plant species.

The absence of fencing preserves visual continuity and enhances the sense of openness. With the majority of the grounds dedicated to green spaces, nature remains the defining element throughout the development.
