With its cut stone, many windows and colorful facade, the house features the typical characteristics of the bourgeois mansions of our region.

Its history begins in the early 1900s when Mr. Jean Juglair, a rich industrialist, fell in love with the place and makes the daring bet to build one of the first residences near the lake to settle there his family.
