A charming residence in an exceptional setting
With its cut stone, many windows and colorful facade, the house features the typical characteristics of the bourgeois mansions of our region.
Its history begins in the early 1900s when Mr. Jean Juglair, a rich industrialist, fell in love with the place and makes the daring bet to build one of the first residences near the lake to settle there his family. This ambitious project then began to erect this property in the middle of the vineyards, away from all amenities.
120 years later, the house is now fitted with all the modern comforts. The approach taken by the owner was to preserve its character as much as possible while reworking the spaces for better functionality and greater lightness.
