Joining 1% for the Planet® enables us to make a financial contribution and give our time to significant environmental projects. It gives meaning to our work and allows us to contribute, in our own small way, to a better future for all.
Since September 2024, STONE & WOOD is a member of 1% for the Planet, a worldwide movement which brings together companies that commit to donating at least 1% of their annual sales to environmental organizations.

What is 1% for the Planet?
1% for the Planet is a global organization that exists to ensure our planet and future generations thrive.
Started in 2002 by Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, founder of Blue Ribbon Flies, its business members have given hundreds of millions of dollars to approved environmental partners to date.
Today, more than 6,000 companies in over 100 countries are members of 1% for the Planet, including 1,200 in France. Since the network was created, more than $600 million has been donated to charities around the world.
The French entity of 1% for the Planet was founded in 2014 and is based in Bluffy, Haute-Savoie.
